We believe the opposite of depression is expression, which is why our organization is committed to keeping youth connected to their voices through poetry, music, public speaking, writing workshops, and sports—creative pathways that help young people feel alive, seen, and heard.

In a world increasingly pulled away from in-person connection, our organization supports youth in creating, debating, and executing real projects from community service to branding and small business strategies building leadership, social responsibility, and teamwork through hands-on learning in small cohorts year-round.
Ana Maria Grisales is a Colombian-born life coach and USC-trained social worker who blends cultural insight, creative expression, and humor to support at-risk youth, postpartum parents, and first-generation individuals in turning identity, art, and lived experience into tools for healing and growth.

Regina Garza is a mother and school-district community liaison who helps families move from willpower to waypower by connecting them to vital community resources, guiding applications and appointments, and easing everyday challenges so they can use their time and energy where it matters most.
